To All The Saints That Love God!

2009 is upon us, and in the natural scheme of things the outlook towards the future does not look good. Our nation is involved in two wars, the government is in trillions of dollars worth of debt, the U.S. economy and the economies of other leading nations are faltering or at a standstill, millions of workers have lost their jobs, people have lost their life savings in the crumbling stock market, wide spread corruption in Corporate America, and a variety of other problems. Many are afraid and don’t know where to turn to for help.

But I hear another sound. It’s the sound that comes from heaven, a messenger from the presence of the Almighty God. He is speaking to my heart, saying, Have faith in GOD! Do not look to the flesh during these troubled times but look unto Me. I am your Shepard and your Comforter. Remember My promises to you. I will never leave you, nor forsake you. What Shepard is there that does not know how to provide for his sheep? Turn your eyes and your heart toward Me, saith God.

This is the time for you to remember Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths. Saints! There is no shortage or decrease in God’s economy. To those who believe and trust in him will have a fruitful 2009. Hope springs eternal for the saints of God. Take your eyes off of the problem, and put them on Jesus Christ. Mankind does not have the answers to the problems we face today, but God does. And through it all, I’ve learned to trust in Jesus, and I’ve learned to walk with God.

Hey saints, hold your head up high in 2009!

Amen
